Find answers to common questions about courses, speaking engagements, resources, and how we support athletes, coaches, and sports parents. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, feel free to get in touch.
No. Athletes and former athletes are the core of this practice, but high-achieving adults, coaches, and sports parents make up a good chunk of it too. If you've built your identity around performing well at something, this applies to you.
If you're reading this page wondering whether your situation is “enough” of a problem to justify reaching out, that's usually a sign it's worth a conversation.
Standard clinical confidentiality applies to therapy. Coaching conversations are also kept private, though coaching isn't bound by the same legal protections as licensed clinical care, worth knowing the distinction.
I respond personally, usually within 3 to 5 business days.
Therapy is clinical and goes deeper. It's the right call if you're dealing with anxiety, identity loss, trauma, or patterns that keep showing up no matter what you do. Coaching is goal-oriented and doesn't require anything be “wrong.” If you're not sure, reach out and we'll figure it out together, that's a normal first conversation to have.

Yes. A lot of people who end up here aren't in crisis, they're just tired of pushing through and want a better way to operate. That's exactly what coaching is for.
Both. Some engagements are built for athletic staff and departments, others are athlete-facing sessions built for the locker room, not a classroom. Tell me who's in the room and we'll build the talk around them.
CE credit isn't something I offer directly, it comes through the conferences and organizations that host me. If you're bringing me in and want CE credit attached, that's arranged through your conference or association, not through me.
I work with a limited number of organizations each year to make sure the fit is right, so the earlier the better. Inquiries typically get a response within 3 to 5 business days.
No. Courses are self-paced and open to anyone, no prerequisite, no waitlist.
No catch.
Yes. Fill out the media inquiry form and I'll respond personally within 3 to 5 business days. A media kit with bio, headshots, and suggested questions is available right away.
It's a separate offering, not a replacement for either. It's a framework for understanding how you're wired to make decisions and use your energy. Some people use it alongside coaching, others just come for a solo reading out of curiosity.
